Larry started playing guitar when he was 10 years old. He earned a music theory certificate from Trinity College of Music, London. He began touring at 17 and has been playing professionally ever since. He played bass with Canada’s legendary rock band Trooper for 6 years, earning gold and platinum records. He plays guitar, bass, and mandolin, and continues to perform in a variety of bands including classic rock, jazz, country and bluegrass. Larry has been teaching since 1992. Matthew has been drumming professionally for over 30 years and has toured all over the world. He currently works with artist Chad Brownlee, and has previously toured with Brett Kissel, Gord Bamford, Doc Walker, and George Canyon to name a few. Matthew is an Honours graduate from the Musicians Institute in Hollywood, and is known for being a versatile player. He has received Drummer of the Year awards from both the BCCMA, and the CCMA. Matthew’s teaching experience ranges from beginners looking for a fun introduction to music, to professional drummers, having worked with some of Canada’s top recording artists. Shortly after picking up his kid sister’s abandoned guitar at the age of 13, Paul began concentrating on drums. By 15, he was already teaching in a marching band, as well as at Berger Music in Richmond, England. Shortly after graduating high school, Paul became a full-time touring drummer, a career he pursued until he acquired the Milestone Percussion (now known as Tempus Drums) business in 1985. Between ‘85 and ‘13 he custom built almost 7500 unique drums; these days he’s more musically active than ever, teaching, writing, recording and performing music, as well as through his activities as a music advocate, music therapist and special needs EA with the North Vancouver school district. His rate is $26 per half hour.

Peter has a passion for drumming and has been teaching percussion and playing drums professionally since the 80s. His background, education and experience includes a variety of styles; ranging from pop music, rock, jazz, funk, world music, classical, and marching band. Rita loves to teach using simple and fun ways. During her high school years, Rita won a scholarship to the Shawnigan Summer School of the Arts. Inspired by master guitar duo Ako Ito and Henri Dorigny, she then continued her education at the Douglas College Music Program – followed by completion of the University of British Columbia's Music Performance/Fine Arts double major. Rita uses many teaching methods including the G4 Guitar Method and regularly contributes to the world wide G4 Guitar Teachers Network. Her newest project is the design of guitar music that can be read easily by young children and the visually impaired. Rita also leads guitar ensemble classes where students learn the value of playing alongside fellow

Born into a family of music educators, Will was surrounded by classical music from the beginning. At an early age Will would sit on his house's steps, watching and listening to his mother teaching vocal lessons. This early exposure tuned Will into just how amazing and enriching musical education can be. Between the ages of 4-11, Will studied the violin with a private teacher and played in a youth orchestra. During these years he received distinction for his musicality and strong ear, finalizing his violin studies by receiving first class honours in Grade 7 Royal Conservatory. Will picked up the guitar at 15 and began teaching himself. By 21 he had begun his post-secondary at VCC in Jazz Guitar Performance, and toured western Canada in a metal band.These days Will enjoys transcribing great jazz solos and performing his own music, both vocally and on the guitar. Will is looking forward to working with anyone curious and passionate about music. His rate is $26 per half hour.
