These are Super OEM Hanpin decks; same manufacturer as the Audio Technica LP120 and the Pioneer PLX1000. Mine came with a loose tonearm, but the store was quick to set me up with a replacement. Said replacement runs solid and sounds great. If you want a workhorse of a turntable, this won't disappoint. Some things to know before buying:
1) Doesn't come with a stylus/needle or headshell, so you'll have to buy those separately.
2) Doesn't come with a dust cover, though this also can be purchased separately if desired.
3) Hifi cartridges that track at lower force (1.5 - 2 g for example) may need a heavier counterweight.
Those three reasons are why I'm only rating 4/5. The turntable itself is great, and the store service was top notch. I'd like to see Reloop themselves perhaps lower the price a tad considering the above points.
