I bought this snare last year (2017) just after my birthday and all I have to say is that this drum is absolutely incredible! The price I paid for this snare is a steal, it fits well in any situation. I definitely recommend this to anyone who's looking for another snare to add to their collection, it sounds like a $600.00 snare if I had to do a comparison. All of the hardware is quality stuff, Yamaha makes the best drums in my opinion! Go try one out, you won't be disappointed!
