The new Seagull S8 Mandolin with maple neck through body has a solid sitka spruce top featuring a semi-gloss custom polished burnt umber finish. The 13.875" (352.4) scale fingerboard is rosewood and the 1.19" (30mm) top nut, bridge and compensated saddle are Tusq by Graphtech. Other features include open geared tuners, vintage style nickel plated brass tailpiece, and a cream pearl celluloid pick guard. Made in Canada

A well balanced, well made, great sounding and tough mandolin. One you won't be affraid to bring with you to a party or a campfire to sing and make music. This mandoline is very versatile and fun to use. I really enjoy owning it.
