Very beautiful looking and feeling guitar. Plays very well and the sound is fantastic. Easiest acoustic guitar I've ever played. Love the sound and looks and very nice price for the quality and sound.

One of the best acoustic guitars I have ever owned, and I have had plenty. Plays perfect right out of the box. Nice low action up past the 12th fret makes it a joy to play. Flawless workmanship.

A guitar that sounds as beautiful as it looks. Tried this in comparison to a Taylor 110 and a Martin DX1AE and this guitar in my opinion has smoother, more comfortable neck and sounds better. It has an amazing bright but warm tone, and great action out of the box. This guitar feels fantastic in the hands to play and is quality built at or better than guitars at twice the price with a solid spruce top. On top of it all, it is one beautiful guitar! I now play this more than my Guild F-150. If you are looking for a sweet midrange priced, quality guitar, this will not disappoint you!

This guitar should be four to five hundred bucks more. It plays smooth, sounds great, and is quality built for a factory instrument. Picked it up a couple months back and cannot put it down. It is beautiful to boot. Gretsch Rancher is back!

This is one gorgeous looking and incredible sounding guitar for the money. The guitar has rich tone, it sounds crisp and bright, but it still holds some robust bass. It has incredible sustain, and comfortable action. The finger board is smooth, and there is no sharp edge on the neck. Great sounding and easy to use Fischman electronics. This guitar is much better than Epiphone (had a Texan 1964 reissue), Takamines, and in my opinion, even better than the cheaper Taylors, Martins. This is a deal, as this guitar compares favorably with ones in the $750 - 1,000 range (I also have a Guild D-140). Went in to get a Taylor 110 as an all purpose, use everywhere guitar - came out with this instead- it knocked me over! Try it, it will not disappoint!! Great job Gretsch!!
