The tone of this guitar is really amazing. It is crisp and clear. It is very comfortable to fret coz the fingerboard edges are rolled, so fretting chords are very very comfortable especially if you are a beginner learning guitar. This is an over all guitar for me, as I am a strummer and a fingerstyle guitarist. If unplugged, this guitar is still very loud which is perfect if you're practicing by yourself or hanging out with friends. You will still be heard even without an amp as this is a loud guitar with amazing range. The highs and the lows are really projected crystal clear. And with an acoustic amp, it sounds even better and vibrant. By the way, I use D'Addario EJ16 strings which gives out more of the clarity and brilliance of the tone of this guitar.

I've had this guitar for over a year now. The rolled fingerboard edges makes the playability of this guitar very comfortable. The sound is very good. I had a couple of people (some who play guitar too) comment on how good the sound of the guitar is and would even ask for the brand. It really is a great guitar for intermediate level but would be best for beginners to learn as it is a very comfortable guitar to play with and listen to. I would definitely recommend this. Try it out at L&M store and see for yourself what I am talking about in this review. You won't be disappointed
