First time owing a resonator. Got it at the Moncton location. Thanks Mark and Marshall! Played many on the shelf and like other reviews, I kept comin back to this one. Has great natural brilliance in sound and awesome wood tone. I am using slide on this most of the time and the action should be raised a bit to reduce fret ware. Don't hesitate if considering on having countless hours of fun sliding around with this guitar. It's worth every penny and I suspect the price will be going up in the near future.

I love this little resonator guitar. Like another reviewer, I played a bunch in a wonderful sound room. And I just kept coming back to this one.

Gretsch has hit a perfect sweet spot with this fine, affordable resonator. Played a bunch of far more expensive options in the store but kept coming back to this fine, easy playing guitar. I have played it for a good two years now and it sits up there with my high end guitars for playing enjoyment. If you are looking for a great affordable resonator that will play like a guitar twice the price then this Gretsch will not disappoint.
