Just got my Freeplay Live, set it up. Connected left and right XLR cables to speaker XLR 1&2. Audio sounds good but no stereo L&R sound from speakers, even though I sending a full stereo signal from my MX12U. Only get full sounding stereo from Bluetooth streaming from my iToys. So, when you use both XLR inputs on the FreePlay Live, the inputs are summed to mono only. That's great if you're using a mic and a guitar, or 2 mics, then mono is fine. When you're sending stereo left and right out from your keyboard, that's a different story. This also occurs if you use 1/4 TRS cables too. I'm not knocking the FreePlay Live as it would be a fantastic speaker/PA for duo's etc. in small venues, but for me running a stereo keyboard at home for practice purposes, I need to hear stereo. The keyboard sounds so much better. Ah well. I will be returning it for a full refund and looking for something else. I wasn't able to demo it before I bought it. Since L&M is so fantastic regarding returns, I am not worried. They are great.
