Alex Tomowich - Piano, Theory music lessons in Mississauga

Alex Tomowich (Piano, Theory)

Alex is a passionate, up-and-coming jazz pianist who’s been playing piano since 2004. He graduated from the Applied Music program at Mohawk College as an honorary student where he studied Jazz piano from some of the best musicians in Canada. After Mohawk, Alex went on to study music at Humber College where he played with the top ensembles and had the privilege of studying with Kirk MacDonald, Brian Dickinson, Mike Downes, and Robi Botos. In addition to studying jazz piano, Alex studied classical piano where he worked through the Royal Conservatory of Music grades: 1 through 10. Currently, Alex is focusing on the Bach Inventions and Sinfonias, as well as the Chopin Nocturnes.

Daniel Ramjattan - Guitar, Theory music lessons in Mississauga

Daniel Ramjattan (Guitar, Theory)

Daniel Ramjattan has performed guitar recitals in Japan, Austria, Italy, and across the US and Canada. He has 11 years of teaching experience working with players of all ages and skill levels, and has received prizes at national and international guitar competitions. Daniel holds a Master's degree from the University of Ottawa, and is completing his Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of Toronto, where he is studying performance anxiety in musicians, as well as performing and teaching.

Don Crawford (Guitar, Bass, Ukulele, Mandolin, Banjo, Theory)

Don is a graduate of the Humber College Music Program, and has studied extensively with Peter Harris, Robert Fripp (King Crimson) in West Virginia, U.S., and Howard Roberts, founder of the Guitar Institute of Technology. He has also performed with notable Toronto musicians Rick Gratton, Alex Dean, and Molly Johnson, and is now focused on teaching. A versatile teacher with more than 30 years experience, Don is patient, easy going, and injects fun into his lessons to achieve solid results. He inspires his students from his experiences, building solid instrumental technique,and a greater understanding and appreciation of music. Don specializes in Rock, Jazz, Classical, Country and Folk styles and their influence in popular music.

Jordan Kane (Piano, Voice, Theory)

Jordan holds a Masters degree in Music Performance from Five Towns College in New York, and has over 10 years of teaching experience. Jordan teaches all levels of piano (both classical and jazz), and has helped many students prepare for rcm exams and school auditions. He also teaches vocal, in genres such as Pop and R&B. Jordan provides well-prepared, quality instruction to help each student realize their own potential.

Joshua Sinclair (Piano, Theory)

Josh Sinclair is a piano, organ and keyboard player originally from Milton, ON. In high school, he recieved his ARCT in classical piano from the Royal Conservatory of Music while learning jazz at Humber College's community music program, and went on to get a bachelor's degree in jazz piano performance from the University of Toronto. He's also been the Organist and Choir director at Boston Presbyterian Church since 2013. Josh is a very well rounded musician and teacher, with the knowledge to teach classical, jazz, pop, R&B among other genres. Josh likes to see his students both succeed at and enjoy playing music.

Lobat Nourdeh (Piano, Theory, Voice)

Lobat started studying music theory and piano at the age of 10. After high school, she studied music composition for seven years in Regional Conservatory of France. Shorly after, Lobat earned her A.R.C.T diploma for piano, and her grade 8 rcm certification for voice. Since 1991, Lobat has been teaching piano (up to grade 11), voice, and music theory.

Michael Morabito (Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute, Theory)

Michael Morabito has just recently earned his Applied Diploma in Music with honours from Mohawk College and is now earning a Bachelors Degree at Humber College. He has studied extensively with Toronto musicians such as Michael Stuart, Adrean Farrugia, Mark Promane and Darcy Hepner. From his experience gained playing with various bands across Southern Ontario, Michael has become very comfortable teaching woodwind instruments in all styles of music. He also teaches all levels of music theory.

Nicholas Rendeiro (Guitar, Bass, Theory)

Nick Rendeiro is a multi-talented composer and performing artist in the GTA. After graduating from Mohawk College in 2017, Nick is continuing his studies in Honours Music at McMaster University. Nick aims to develop a career in music education and performance within the GTA. He is also an established songwriter who has worked on several projects, which include scoring on numerous films and composing lyrics and music for Mohawk College’s 50th anniversary theme song.

Victor Agrippa - Saxaphone, Clarinet, Flute, Theory music lessons in Mississauga

Victor Agrippa (Saxaphone, Clarinet, Flute, Theory)

Victor Agrippa is an alumni from Humber College, specializing in playing and teaching woodwind instruments (Saxophone, flute and clarinet). He has been playing and studying music for 12 years, under the tutelage of many seasoned professionals around the GTA. Throughout his musical career Victor has played a variety of styles of music in numerous bands. From being part of a symphony orchestra, a big band, various Brazilian ensembles and numerous smaller ensembles, the diversity in playing experience has only been a benefit to his teaching ability.
