Arianna Carlucci - Violin, Viola, Theory music lessons in London South

Arianna Carlucci (Violin, Viola, Theory)

Arianna Carlucci has been playing violin for as long as she can remember. Born and raised in London, Ontario, Arianna is a graduate of the Honours Music Education program at Western University where she participated in the University's Symphony orchestra and the Early Music performance program as well as pursued many solo performance opportunities. Recipient of the Jeanetta Marion Burrough's String Award as well as the Bruce and Helen Mills Instrument Awards in Music, Arianna has become well known for her passion toward music education and string pedagogy and hopes to share her love of music with every student she encounters. Her private lesson rate is $23.00 per half/hour.

Caelyn Hill - Voice, Piano, Flute, Theory music lessons in London South

Caelyn Hill (Voice, Piano, Flute, Theory)

Caelyn Hill is a young soprano who recently graduated from the University of Western Ontario (BMus Voice Performance, 2018) and is currently pursuing a Masters of Music Education at the University of Western Ontario. Hill has worked in both opera and musical theatre, through the roles of performer, director/conductor, and stage manager in a variety of productions. In addition, Hill was the recipient of numerous scholarships and awards for her academic and performance-based accomplishments. Hill is deeply passionate about the transformative power of music, as she enjoys working all age groups and levels and hopes to inspire and foster an appreciation for fine arts in her students. Her rate is $24/half-hour private lesson.

Emilie Nikota - Violin, Viola, Theory music lessons in London South

Emilie Nikota (Violin, Viola, Theory)

Emilie Nikota has studied the violin for nearly 20 years in London Ontario, and in that time has studied and graduated from the Music programs of St. Mary’s Choir and Orchestra School, Catholic Central Highschool Orchestra Program, and Forest City Talent Education (Orchestra and private study). She primarily focuses on teaching using the Suzuki method, but is happy to support students in studying alternate musical genres as well. She believes that the most important thing is encouraging a love of music that her students can take with them for their entire lives. Her rate is $23/half-hour private lessons.

Hillary Tufford (Piano, Voice, Theory)

Rachel graduated at the top of her class from the University of Windsor’s Bachelor of Music program in classical voice with a minor in the Italian language. In 2016 she studied French in a five-week immersion course at the University of Moncton, New Brunswick. Rachel performs in classical, jazz, and rock/pop genres as a soloist, instrumentalist, and chorus member. Since moving from Windsor to London, she has performed a solo recital and worked as a music educator. Rachel is passionate about teaching voice and piano in all genres to all ages. Her attention to detail helps students prepare for RCM exams, auditions, and performances and her enthusiasm helps to foster a lifelong love of music. Her rate is $23.00/per half-hour private lesson.

Michael Pare - Guitar, Ukulele, Theory music lessons in London South

Michael Pare (Guitar, Ukulele, Theory)

Michael Pare is one of Canada’s young and aspiring classical guitarists, performing regularly in festivals and competitions throughout North America and Europe. Located in London, Ontario, Michael performs regularly at the London Club, Centennial Hall, Von Kuster Hall, and the McIntosh Art Gallery. In 2015 Michael was the winner of the highly regarded Rose Bowl Competition in London, Ontario. Michael performs concerts, weddings and private events as a soloist and with soprano, Charlotte Abbott. His repertoire ranges from renaissance art songs to contemporary solo and duo pieces. Michael also teaches a variety of styles to beginner and advanced students.

Nunu has completed a Master’s of Piano Performance from The University of Western Ontario, a Licentiate Diploma from McGill University, an A.R.C.T from the Royal Conservatory of Toronto, and is an active member of the Ontario Registered Music Teacher’s Association (ORMTA). She is praised for creating fun lesson plans specific to each student especially for adults, and in the younger ages during the fundamental period of their learning. She is accepting of all personalities and finds joy in finding what works for each student. Parents see results and are proud of the work done while studying piano with her. Nunu strongly believes that music improves all aspects of your life as it has made her the person she is today and she couldn’t live without piano in her life. Patricia Medeiros (Piano, Theory, Latin Percussion)

Patricia has eighteen years of experience as a Pianist. After graduating in Piano and Masters in Contemporary Music, she worked as an Assistant Professor at the University of Brasilia, Brazil for more than 8 years. She also served as Piano Teacher at Claude Debussy Academy, in Brazil, and taught Contemporary Music at New York University, USA. Patricia holds a PhD in Health Sciences, from the University of Western Ontario, after presenting her thesis: “Music to improve the Quality of Life”. With a passion to connect with students of different levels and ages, Patricia is able to teach piano pedagogy, efficient practice methods and music theory, sharing with them her true love for mus

Sally Norris (Piano, Theory)

Sally Norris plays the piano and composes in a variety of classical, improvised, new music, modern and avant garde settings. Raised in London ON, she studied music composition (BMus Wilfrid Laurier 2006; MA Wesleyan University 2009), and currently studies audiology and hearing science (MClSc/PhD Western University). Centred on musicians and their development, her research explores the connection between hearing and making sounds. Her preferred methods for composition and teaching are collaborative. Knitting, sewing, baking and gardening are her favoured hobbies. Her rate is $23/half-hour private lesson.

Suzie Huh is a graduate of the Honours Music Education Program at Western University. With over 15 years of experience in piano and voice, she is dedicated to developing the full musical potential and talents of her students. She has won several awards from the Lions Music Festival and took part in the Celebration of the Arts Competition in Newmarket. Furthermore, she has been involved with her church in the roles of chorister and accompanist. Suzie has been teaching piano and voice to students of all ages for over 7 years. She hopes to inspire her students and share her enthusiasm for music and the performing arts! Her rate is $24.00/half-hour private lesson.
