Amanda Quick is an enthusiastic cellist and pianist hailing from Strathroy, Ontario. She has performed in numerous competitions, and has won the London Kiwanis Senior Cello Trophy, placed runner-up at the Provincial Competitions of Ontario (in both cello and piano), and received a scholarship toward her Bachelor of Musical Arts in Cello Performance degree at Western University. Amanda has been teaching privately for over seven years. She starts her students with the Suzuki Method, and gradually branches out to other genres as the student progresses. She is eager to bring her musical knowledge and experience to Long & McQuade! Her rate is $25.00/half-hour private lesson.

Arianna Carlucci has been playing violin for as long as she can remember. Born and raised in London, Ontario, Arianna is a graduate of the Honours Music Education program at Western University where she participated in the University's Symphony orchestra and the Early Music performance program as well as pursued many solo performance opportunities. Recipient of the Jeanetta Marion Burrough's String Award as well as the Bruce and Helen Mills Instrument Awards in Music, Arianna has become well known for her passion toward music education and string pedagogy and hopes to share her love of music with every student she encounters. Caelyn Hill is a young soprano who recently graduated from the University of Western Ontario (BMus Voice Performance, 2018) and is currently pursuing a Masters of Music Education at the University of Western Ontario. Hill has worked in both opera and musical theatre, through the roles of performer, director/conductor, and stage manager in a variety of productions. In addition, Hill was the recipient of numerous scholarships and awards for her academic and performance-based accomplishments. Hill is deeply passionate about the transformative power of music, as she enjoys working all age groups and levels and hopes to inspire and foster an appreciation for fine arts in her students. Emilie Nikota has studied the violin for nearly 20 years in London Ontario, and in that time has studied and graduated from the Music programs of St. Mary’s Choir and Orchestra School, Catholic Central Highschool Orchestra Program, and Forest City Talent Education (Orchestra and private study). She primarily focuses on teaching using the Suzuki method, but is happy to support students in studying alternate musical genres as well. Rachel graduated at the top of her class from the University of Windsor’s Bachelor of Music program in classical voice with a minor in the Italian language. In 2016 she studied French in a five-week immersion course at the University of Moncton, New Brunswick. Rachel performs in classical, jazz, and rock/pop genres as a soloist, instrumentalist, and chorus member. Since moving from Windsor to London, she has performed a solo recital and worked as a music educator. Rachel is passionate about teaching voice and piano in all genres to all ages. She currently volunteers in schools, delivers woodwind workshops and staffs at music camps during the summer. Mark Hamon has dedicated his musical life to playing and teaching the drums for over 40 years. From dance bands, theater, TV shows, commercials, CBC studio recording, film music (NFB), hundreds of bands of all sizes and styles, and yes, even a successful clown band, Mark has been involved with playing drums in all styles and venues. Mark has also published numerous articles on the history of percussion instruments. Michael Pare is one of Canada’s young and aspiring classical guitarists, performing regularly in festivals and competitions throughout North America and Europe. Located in London, Ontario, Michael performs regularly at the London Club, Centennial Hall, Von Kuster Hall, and the McIntosh Art Gallery. In 2015 Michael was the winner of the highly regarded Rose Bowl Competition in London, Ontario. Michael performs concerts, weddings and private events as a soloist and with soprano, Charlotte Abbott. His repertoire ranges from renaissance art songs to contemporary solo and duo pieces. Michael also teaches a variety of styles to beginner and advanced students.
