Darrell Scott - Guitar, Bass music lessons in Grande Prairie

Darrell Scott (Guitar, Bass)

Darrell has been playing guitar and bass in bands locally for many years. As well as being a well rounded musician he has been a woodwind and brass repair technician and operated a recording studio. He is currently playing guitar in the GPRC Jazz Band. Darrell stresses having a strong foundation in the basics of guitar theory and technique. Darrell teaches guitar and bass at the Grande Prairie store and his rate is $29 per half-hour.

Kyle Doucette - Guitar, Bass, Banjo, Mandolin music lessons in Grande Prairie

Kyle Doucette (Guitar, Bass, Banjo, Mandolin)

Kyle has studied guitar and music theory since 2008 with Vic Mullen, who also taught him banjo for two years. Kyle has extensive experience as a touring bluegrass musician. In 2012 he was nominated for guitar and banjo player of the year at the Eastern Canada Bluegrass Music Awards.
Kyle taught for eight years with the Clare Bluegrass Association. He has been teaching at Long & McQuade since 2015. Kyle teaches guitar, bass, banjo and mandolin at the Grande Prairie store and his rate is $30 per half-hour.
