We bought two of these to mix the our churches live stream. Using direct outs on our main mixer into these mixers allows us to mix and add effects to our live stream. The sound quality is higher than I had hoped for. You can feel that the construction is a little cheaper than or Allen & Heath main mixer. The knobs and sliders feel cheaper. However, the quality of the sound is not cheap in anyway. I generally dislike having 2 inputs on one channel so as far as I am concerned this is an 8 channel mixer. Would be nice if only two channels were duel channels and their was a true 10 or 12 channel mixer. Overall a great little board, thanks Mackie!

I use this for live sound (vocals and sometimes keys), feeding JBL Eon powered monitors and a powered foot monitor. It has just enough inputs and outputs to get the job done. It’s straight-forward to use and compact. The onboard reverb is pretty good for such a low-cost unit. Highly recommended.

Excellent product, easy to use, CR output and Headphone switchable, CR output hook up to 2nd PA system adjustable, sounds excellent with four stereo inputs even without equalizer and or High, Mid, Low adjustments. Fx fewer choices but good enough for Karaoke uses, lots of amplifier power with this small mixer, acceptable low noises on XLR microphone input with 75Hz switch, light weight, love it so much .

I waited about 2 months to do this review and I can say this mixer works great. The slick design adds a nice look to my setup and just great quality coming out of it I cant complain. I don't use it to record through directly but the amps sound clean enough.

Great little mixer that gets the job done. More than enough inputs here. The mic pres are not bad, quiet...and lot's of headroom. The fx are rather limited, but not bad for what they are. My only girpe is the lack of an on/off switch, but other than that, a nice little unit. I haveit connected to channels 3 and 4 of my Akai EIE PRo usb audio interface as a keyboard/sound module mixer, with a second on channels 1 and 2 for drum machines and other external gear. And, on the inserts of the EIE PRo, DBX compressors...all in all, a total of twenty four tracks split into four inputs, good clean sound for recording, at ridiculously affordable price. For home studio, this does the trick. Better than I expected.
