I got the previous (Phil Dwyer) version of this saxophone. It was in fact no longer in production, but I was able to score a used one for $2400. It had been rented at L&McQ for a couple of weeks, so it was ultra-clean. Great deal! It plays so well, with plenty of power and ease of action. Sea Wind does a great job. I'm thinking I might pick up their tenor. Though my Selmer M7 tenor is holding up fine, it's almost as old as me, and every bit as fugly!
